If your watch requires any repair we are at your disposal to be able to solve it in the following way:
1. Request free shipping
2. Once reviewed by our technicians, we will send you a courier to pick up the product where you indicate, no expenses for you.
3. What if the warranty does not cover the repair?
The warranty does not cover repair if there is improper handling, in which case we send a repair estimate by email.
4. What is the delivery time of the damaged product?
